Summer 2012 Nail Trends

As the seasons change, so do seasonal colors, which includes not only your clothes and shoes but your nail polish colors as well! This season my new personal favorite color is 'Air' by Sally Hanson's Smooth Perfect Color + Care collection.

 

Other colors that are in this summer include neutrals, neutrals, and more neutrals. Whether that neutral is a peach, pink, gray or just nude, it's in this summer. It's all about the 'minimalist' approach.

Another look I'm loving this summer is unique patterns, a different one on each nail. Also, the party nail continues to be in style for me!

 

 

If your not feeling the pastels and neutrals this summer, neon is always a good look with a tan.

 

Let's not forget about our pedicures this season! Being summer, sandals come around and un-pedicured toes are a big fashion fopa! My personal favorites are a bright orange, red or pink or just the classic french for a pedicure. Here's another Harper's Bazaar article on pedicures only this season:
